Receptionist Course

The Receptionist Course prepares students with the necessary skills for a role in front office. The receptionist is often the first and most regular point of contact for all stakeholders.

 

Basic computer, typing and admin skills are taught to equip the student with the practical capabilities required for the front office role. 

 

Telephone etiquette and customer service are included in the Receptionist Course to equip the student with the communication etiquette and aptitude for customer service necessary in all organisations.


The course includes the Interview Workshop as  a step further in preparing the student for their introduction to the workplace environment.

Office Administration Course

This course offers the full-package to ensure competency for a career as an office manager or office administrator.

 

This course covers computer training in all Microsoft Office applications, internet & email, typing skills and basic admin skills. 

 

Telephone etiquette and customer service are included in the course to equip the student with the communication etiquette and aptitude for customer service necessary in all organisations.

The Customer Service & Telephone Etiquette Course is an interactive & practical workshop designed to teach the value of good customer service at every point of interaction with a customer or stakeholder.
